Ryan Sleigh is Ottawa’s In-Home Personal Trainer. Ryan has been personal training since 2010 and has worked with clients from all walks of life. He is passionate, knowledgeable and skilled at coaching others towards their fitness goals. Ryan believes that health and fitness is one of the most important keys to living a healthy life.
Ryan has been physically active all of his life. He got started with sports at a young age and went on to play competitive soccer. His interest in strength training came as a teenager to help improve his sport performance and improve his physique. Ryan found his passion and calling in health and fitness and has since pursued mastery in the field. He is known for his expertise in strength training, nutrition and motivational coaching style.
